There's no direct 'instructions box' for a new Skill. Copy the message below and paste it as a chat message to Claude, it will ask you a couple quick questions, then build and package the Skill for you to upload.
These match the two questions Claude asks you when you click New Project. Claude doesn't read them as instructions, they're just for keeping your Projects organized.
